Job type:   Permanent

As the founding member of the business development team you will be working to deliver business for the patent pending SaaS, Pzyche conversion optimisation system.

This is a NEW position with an amazing pre-IPO enterprise SaaS company who have just closed their first venture capital round. We are looking for a business development manager who can inspire prospects in our technology and the financial uplift that using it delivers.

Most importantly of all though you must have proven experience at closing C level deals and be able to bring that tenacity and hard work ethic with you. You will be contacting prospects and you will be responsible for converting those discussions into closed and booked business.

If you have delivered individual sales that exceed 6 figures with heavy online SaaS, CRM, Email marketing, Web traffic, SEO or PPC sales experience, then please read on!

What you need for this position:

- SaaS sales and/or business development experience
- Be willing to graft like you’ve never grafted before
- Comfortable leading meetings and presenting in front of groups of partners or customers
- Online sales experience in CRM, email marketing, traffic sales, SEO, PPC or web analytics.

Pzyche is a patent pending set of behavioural technologies that understand visitors to a website as people, not as a random line in a log file. The technology allows website owners to interact with their visitors as individuals enabling a personal experience for the visitor and increased conversions because of it. The conversion uplifts often exceed 50% whilst also delivering over 200% uplift to bottom line cash income  due to increased value per sale(Check our website out for case studies)

We want you to do your job, have fun & deliver excellence with us all. You also have the ability to occasionally flick rubber bands at the owners, so please get in touch!

I am very pleased to announce that we have successfully raised funding to take Pzyche forward in exciting new ways.

The formal press release announcing this memorable day is included below, but I wanted to publicly express my thanks & gratitude to the extreme amounts of hard work, determination and down right excellence in everything they do, to the current Pzyche team. Without you guys we wouldn’t be where we are today!

@JamesBarnesEsq and @DJDClarke – Way to go guys :)

I also want to extend out my thanks and gratitude to our existing customers. It was with you, our customers & partners, seeing something amazing in an early stage startup company that has enabled us to grow to where we are today. Don’t fret though as the close personal service, the uplift you’ve been seeing in your bottom line and close working relationship won’t change. What will change is the ability for you to use our technology with more products, in new markets and in amazing new ways.

The roadmap going forwards is clear and once we launch some of the enhancements I know you will be blown away – RTW is an amazing thing in itself. You WILL want to use it, but for now that’s all I can say ;)

Now it may all be nice and warm and fluffy to say we have a big load of cash in the bank, but it’s how we use that cash that is going to take us all onwards and upwards. We can’t do it on our own so we need amazing people to come and join the Pzyche team.

I’ll be posting here soon with details of our vacancies but for now I want to ask you a question:

“Are you amazing talent that needs a young vibrant and innovative business to show, and receive, your true worth?”

If so email me now – jason@pzyche.com cos we REALLY need to chat :)

The press release:

StrangeLogic Ltd secures investment to take its behavioural technology, Pzyche®, forward into new vertical markets.

London – DAY June 2011 StrangeLogic, the leader in behavioural conversion technology, today announced that it has secured investment to take its technology onwards into new markets.

Pzyche is a patent pending behavioural technology that algorithmically delivers Visitor Propensity Intelligence, enabling a website owner to treat their visitors more as an individual person and less as a random line in a log file. Pzyche enables bespoke, personal versions of a web page to be created in real time ensuring greater relevancy & quality of experience is delivered to that individual visitor.

Jason Duke, Co Founder & creator of Pzyche said, “Let’s stop treating visitors to our sites as one homogeneous group. The visitors to our websites are individual people. Giving everyone the same view, in essence aiming to deliver ‘a least bad experience’ is surely wrong. Pzyche enables site owners to deliver an experience that is relevant and personal to that individual.”

The funding announcement coincides with a recent case study showing that Pzyche delivered an increase in consumer conversions of over 63%, whilst also enabling a 300% uplift in bottom line income for a B2C online business.

James Barnes, Co Founder of StrangeLogic said, “We are very pleased to welcome our new partners, who are successful entrepreneurs in their own right across multiple and varied industries. The investors agree with our vision of creating a business that helps others to succeed and thrive by understanding a web visitor more as a person and less as bits and bytes of data. They see the same vision we have and deliver a wealth of experience and knowledge to assist in moving the Pzyche business forwards in new and exciting markets”

The investors said, “We are very pleased to be part of such an innovative business that delivers large rewards to those online organisations that use the Pzyche technology. We strongly believe that Pzyche has set the benchmark in behavioural insight for the online arena.”

Terms of the investment remain private.
